GENERAL Officers attending: Ed Bailiff, Don Naylor, Judd Parks, Fred Elliott, James Newsome- 26 members attended - the Minutes of the November 2006 meeting were accepted.

REPORTS
· Judd Parks: Reported on the financial status of the club
· James Newsome: No new information relating to the field. Will need some road maintenance in the spring
· Fred Elliott: FPM had 142 members at year-end 2006
· Ed Bailiff: Reported on some 2006 club activities - AMA designated FPM a Leader Club, Gold Level - membership voted to keep the membership dues at $70/year - participated in 3 community activities, 2  Camas Days events and the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry's summer aviation program - the club held 5 organized flying events and 3 membership events - Chuck Kacin, Merle Snoen and Carl Nicklos were recognized for their outstanding service to the club - Bob Jones and Gus Rebensburg passed on this year - 8 students were soloed in the summer training program - New runway mats were installed and light maintenance of the field completed
   
BUSINESS ITEMS
· Fred Elliott: The annual Nonprofit Corporation Report has been submitted to the state

ANNOUNCEMENTS
· The annual northwest hobby show scheduled for scheduled for February 2,3 and 4 in Puyallup has been cancelled
· The Celebration of Silent Flight will be held the week-end of  May 5 and 6
